Returned items must comply with our returns policy
READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS
- We accept returns of Ready to ship products within 7 days from the day your order was
delivered. - Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the
original packaging included - Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you
received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. - Since the products are handmade, minor asymmetries are not included in defects
- Items on discount are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when
delivered to you - Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded
packaging and documents provided with it - Upon receiving your return request, we will verify the authenticity and nature of the
request. In certain scenarios, we may request images of the product and packaging to
validate the reason for the return. - The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage
of products during transit
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
- Made to order products are non- returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Made-to-order items can only be returned if the item arrives damaged or faulty when
delivered to you - Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you
received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted - Since the products are handmade, minor asymmetries are not included in defects/damage.
- If a product is returned without the essentials, it will not be accepted for return and will be
returned to you - Upon receiving your return request, we will verify the authenticity and nature of the
request. In certain scenarios, we may request images of the product and packaging to
validate the reason for the return. - The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage
of products during transit.
Return Process
To return an order, you must inform us, preferably:
- By email at sushmajaofficial@gmail.com quoting your name, address, order reference and
reason of return; - By whatsapp on +91 70171 09661, giving us your name, address and order reference
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or
damaged upon arrival. - For defective or damaged products, Sushmaja will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Upon receipt of the returned product and successful completion of the quality check, You
will receive an email or SMS confirmation at the email address or mobile number provided
to us - The refund will be processed upon the receipt and quality check of the returned product.
Please allow up to 30 days for refund to appear in your account once your return is
processed
